Will I be charged if I'm late picking up my child/ren?
If you let the club manager know before 6'o clock, then the first 5 minutes will be free. Any minute after this you will be charged £2 per minute. If you do not let the club manager know then you will be charged £2 per minute from 6'o clock.
How do I pay?
You can make all payments via the Famly app, we highly encourage you to add your card details for automatic payments to be paid on the 28th of the month with any outstanding balance to be taken. Click here for information on how to set up a 'Payment Card' Please ignore all the direct debits steps as we do not accept this option.
